BY PROVIDING OPEN BRANCH OPERATIONS
Central Agencies Ltd. is taking a series of precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and our customers by:
- Limiting the number of customers who can be in a branch at the same time.
- Using floor decals to ensure proper spacing once inside.
- Installing plexiglass screens to safely separate customers and staff.
Please note that our three (3) Central Agencies Ltd. locations will remain open seven (7) days a week to serve you.
BY RENEWING YOUR ICBC OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL
Recently ICBC have implemented a series of changes allowing the following transactions to be conducted with your broker over the telephone or by email:
- New plate with no ownership change
- New vehicle registration or transfer of ownership (transfer form)
- Vehicle registration with new plates (transfer form)
- Policy Changes
- Temporary Operating Permits
- Storage Policies
For ICBC transactions carried out via the telephone, please make sure you have your driver’s license, date of birth and insurance papers available ahead of calling our office to ensure a smooth process.
Once your transaction has been completed, you will receive an email with a copy of the decal and insurance documents. The hard copy of your insurance and the actual decal will then be sent to you by mail. Please keep a copy of your email in your car until your decal arrives.
Note, there are currently two payment options for ICBC Autoplan:
- Credit Card
- Existing ICBC Payment Plan users
