I’ve been part of the insurance industry since joining Vancity Insurance in 2003. In 2009 when Co-operators acquired the Insurance division of Vancity, as Operations Manager, I helped with the integration of the companies and was offered to run my own Co-operators location. Currently, I am an independent insurance advisor building my own book of clients. I want to make insurance personal again. I uncover my client’s insurance needs to make sure I understand their unique situation and shop for the best combination of price product and service.
The cheapest is not always the best – but unfortunately it is the easiest to understand, and without guidance, often where the insurance purchase can end up. I make sure my clients understand why they are buying from the company we place their business with. Although I specialize in helping my clients insure their detached homes, I also have great offerings for clients who run a business, large or small.
In addition to my General Insurance licence at Central Agencies, I also hold my life insurance license at Group 7 Insurance Brokers Inc. This means that I can also help with Life, Critical Illness & Disability Insurance, Group and Individual Health and Dental benefits.
My vision is to make the process of purchasing insurance personal again – personal service, by team, for my clients.
