Kathleen Sarsons CAIB CIP (RETIRED 2020)
Senior Account Executive
I was raised on a farm in Southern Alberta and started my Insurance career in Alberta in 1980 – 89. I then moved to Victoria where I spent 17 years, raising my daughter and advancing as a broker to sharing and learning product, product development and becoming a Branch Manager, Senior Underwriter and an Instructor teaching many in-house courses, to new agents.
Then re-marrying and moving to the Okanagan in 2005 I spent time working with my husband’s business and in agencies in the area. Rethinking how I wanted to work as an agent, I discovered Central Agencies and thought this is too good to be true but it is a perfect fit.
My strengths are personal lines, customer service, education, honesty and work ethics. I obtained my CAIB designation in 1991 and CIP designation in 2005. In my free time, I enjoy my grandkids, running, boating and relaxing with my dogs Molly and Scooter.
